Why Choose a Pet Paw Crystal with a Photo Inside?

A paw says what the object is before anyone reads the photograph. That matters more here than on any other shape, because most people who order one are not in a state to explain what it is to visitors. A dog crystal cut to a paw outline carries the meaning in its silhouette, and the image of the animal is engraved inside the glass by the ArtPix 3D team, sealed within the crystal where it cannot yellow or fade as a printed photograph would.

The quirk is the toes. A dog glass paw print is a wide shape broken by four separate pads across its top, so an image placed high in the frame gets divided by those gaps. The main pad at the base is the largest continuous run of crystal and that is where a face belongs. Head-and-shoulders shots work best. A full-body photograph of a dog standing sideways loses coherence across the toe pads, and a crystal dog paw is not the shape for it.
