I don't usually do reviews, good or bad. This one deserves a great one. I've ordered from them before and the work they do is beautiful. This time I ordered two crystal ornaments. One was cracked so badly that it ruined the face of all 3 people. When I contacted them the man was very helpful. I sent a picture of the damage. Two days later I had a new ornament. Not only is their work beautiful, but they stand behind it.
