Blue 3D Crystal Bun

An arched block of clear crystal, 2.76 inches wide and 2.60 tall, with your photograph engraved inside it and a band of blue glass along the base. The bun is the smallest and lightest shape in this series, under a pound, and it still takes up to five figures. That combination is unusual: most compact pieces force you to crop, and this one does not, which is the practical reason it outsells the larger shapes for family photographs.

Small Enough to Live Somewhere

The tall formats in this series need a surface chosen for them. This one fits on a desk, a nightstand, a kitchen shelf or a windowsill without rearranging anything around it, which is why it is the piece that tends to get looked at daily rather than admired occasionally. The arched top rounds the upper corners, so the picture reads like something framed in a window rather than a document in a holder. For a single portrait given the whole object, the capsule is the shape built for that.

Blue on a Child’s Photograph

Blue is the coolest and least sentimental of the four colours, and on this shape it does something specific: it keeps a bright, high-contrast photograph looking clean rather than nostalgic. That suits pictures of children, graduations, new houses and anything recent, where a warmer colour would add a wistfulness the photograph does not have. Amber warms the same image, green suits an outdoor subject and red announces itself. The skirt never touches the engraving, which sits in clear crystal above it.

Engraving and Add-Ons

The image goes inside the block in Ultra HD, where dust, sunlight and handling cannot damage it, and free text engraving is included for a name, a date or a short line. The background can be kept or removed depending on whether the setting matters to the picture. An LED base is available, and on an arched shape it lights the curve as well as the image, which is the effect shown in the product photographs. Three sizes are made, and with several people in the frame the larger two hold their faces better. Gift box included, made in 1-2 business days, US delivery in 3-5.
