LED Light Base with 3D Crystal

A 3D photo crystal supplied together with the base that lights it, five inches wide and just over six tall, weighing close to six pounds. An engraved crystal is really a lens with an image inside it: on a shelf it looks like clear glass until light happens to fall through at the right angle. A led light base for 3d crystal removes that dependency. Light enters from underneath, travels up through the block and scatters only where the laser has fractured the material, so the engraving glows while the crystal around it disappears.

Bases and crystals bought separately produce the same mistake regularly: a base whose footprint does not match the block standing on it, so the piece overhangs at the edges or sits on a platform twice its width. What the Light Actually Does

In daylight the engraving reads on its own, faintly, the way any etched glass does. After dark a 3d led light base turns the same block into something closer to a small screen: the image is the only thing visible, suspended in a body of glass you can no longer see. That is the moment people notice it, and it is why the base is the add-on most owners say afterwards they should have ordered from the start. The Crystal, and the Series It Belongs To

Up to four figures are recommended, engraved at varying depths so each subject keeps real volume rather than lying on one plane. Depth engraving rewards a close, reasonably sharp photograph with the subjects clear of the background; a distant shot or a scan of an old print is handled more honestly by the flat 2D panel, and our designers will say so on the proof. The first piece ships as an Initial Edition with a mounting kit, an adapter and a controller, and further crystals come with a connecting cord so they run from the same controller.
