Sure, we can engrave mature or adult content, as long as it’s legal. However, if we feel that your photo’s content is inappropriate, we may choose to decline the order. Should this happen, you’ll receive a refund.

How Long Does It Take to Make?
We can create everything for your order in 1-2 days. For many of our crystal products, we provide a free 3D preview for a customer's approval before we engrave them. Delayed approval of a model can affect the delivery time, so keep an eye out for our emails.
How Long Does It Take To Ship?
With our free shipping, your order should arrive on your doorstep 3-7 days after completion. Delivery times are affected by your location and shipping method. If you need it sooner, you can select express shipping options and find all available delivery times during checkout. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time when ordering for a special occasion.

Where Can I Get A Picture Keychain Made?
The first step to making one of our beautiful and detailed Photo Keychains starts with you. To begin, select one of our wide selection of Photo Keychain options and shapes, from our rectangle to our heart, square, pet paw, and pet bone necklaces, which come in 3D and 2D. Once you've selected your preferred shape, you can upload your image. After you upload your image, you can position it by zooming in and out, rotating it, or even enhancing it with HD. We recommend using HD if you are using an older or low-quality image for the best results.
After you place your order, our team will handmake a digital 3D preview based on your original image if that option is available for your chosen shape. Once completed, you can view the model to get a great idea of the final product. You can even request changes to the model if needed. After you approve the digital model, we move to the engraving process.

\nMost of the time, this empty space is only visible from a few specific angles, so it’s nothing to worry about. \nIf there are a few objects of importance in the background of your photo that you’d like to keep in your engraving, but you’d like the rest of your background removed, you should still select 2D Background. Then, you can add more specific instructions in your Order Notes. The additional fee still applies.
\nIf there are people and pets in both the foreground and background of your photo, you’ll need to let us know in your Order Notes if you want to include everyone in your engraving. You don’t need to select 2D Background to make this request unless you actually want your background to be included in your engraving.

\nWe always leave some space around your engraving, even if you position your image to cover the whole template. We may have to zoom in or out a little, which can result in some small, outlying details being cropped. If a crucial piece is missing from your original photo, such as a subject’s fingertip or the top of their hair, we may add it in the final engraving. We may also reach out to you to suggest another crystal shape if we feel it would better accommodate your image.
\nIf you’d like to include the background of your photo in your engraving, you can select 2D Background during your customization process for an additional fee. You can also let us know in your Order Notes during checkout if there’s anything else about your photo that you don’t want our designers to enhance. You should avoid photos taken in poor lighting or from unusual angles (for example, a bird's eye view.) The best images to upload are close-up portraits of the people, places, or pets you want to capture in 3D.

\nPlease note that not all of our shipping methods allow you to make changes once your item is in transit. Your location will determine the carrier we use to ship your order.
