My recipient damaged their crystal and the replacement order was seamless. Great service and a beautiful crystal.

Second time I have ordered from Artpix and both times I have been very pleased. The items have always turned out beautiful and the process of ordering, verifying, shipping and delivery was efficient and great. I would order from them again and recommend my friends do the same.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect of my photo. Came quickly. Love the light up base.

Everything went smoothly. Item was ready for review quickly.

They sent exactly what I ordered, it was expensive, but the quality and workmanship was worth it! I wasn’t sure which photo to use, but with a preview option, I was able to see many different images and get their advice. This was very important to me, and I wasn’t disappointed.

Beautiful product, delivered timely. Very happy with end result!

Nice work. My wife loved it. A bit smaller than expected but quick process from order to delivery. 'Premium' light base looked a bit cheap compared to the gem cut heart.

Being older I so appreciate simplicity. It was easy for me to follow your instructions. Thank you for that! Only wish you could have somehow shared where to focus the picture. It needed to be lowered down so you could see their faces. I had it way too high and the center was their waistlines. But, it was beautiful!

Everything is ok except delivery was later than what was agreed on the order.

Really is an outstanding product, so good that you should check the shading of the pictures. I am super impressed with how the image turned out. And all in less than 2 weeks. Thank you

It was a very easy process and I am very pleased with the result. I would recommend to family and friends to buy from Artpix.

Beautiful work! My 4th one! One for each pet.

Nice picture

Well, I went through the ordering process and ordered my glass and light base. In the middle of it I asked if it was the right base for the size cube that I had. They said no and substituted the right one in my order and now I have a xmas present.

There was problems with the delivery other than that everything was good
