An excellent product for purchasing online, sight unseen. A terrific lazer depiction of a photo of a deceased pet cat, even the whiskers looking real. Very easy to order, extremely fast delivery. My only problem was locating a phone number from the site to call a representative with questions. It was hidden. I found it after placing the order. Luckily, the glass heart came out great.
