By far...the best service I have EVER received throughout any online, in store, phone, etc. retailer! They will literally bend over backwards to help and assist in any way, shape or form. I had an issue with my order. And POOF!!! They were on it immediately. Without added explanations. Without any type of asking. I was really impressed with just how well it came out. Of course, only time will tell if it truly resists fading as is the case with most dye sublimation processes. This appears to be a whole different approach, which I like.
