Their customer support team is incredible. They answer very quickly, and were happy to provide suggestions on my photo before going through with the purchase. What their modelling team did with the 3D model was great, and 3D preview helps so much in understanding what the final product will look like. We did send one rework request which was swifty completed within 30 minutes.

The quality is on another level. This 3d crystal portrait has made a special lifetime memory ima class by itself. There's not enough words to explain the joy, appreciation, and uniqueness that this has brought to me and I am still so happy that you guys came up with such an idea that will leave an everlasting loving mark in people memories, hearts, and spirits. I first tried a local company for a similar product, and got zero communication. With ArtPix 3D I not only got exactly what I ordered they did something companies rarely seem to do anymore. They under promised and over delivered. They had my proof to me pronto, it had 3D capabilities for the confirmation, and the product arrived before they projected. You have to understand this was a gift of a memory of a great friend we lost, and the giving of this gift was important. I was told this was the best present I had ever given.
