Artpix is very easy to use. The only issue I have is tile sizes, but I suppose that’s to be expected. It’s just disappointing that you have to fill all the way to the edge of the tile and it can distort your photo. While the one I ordered is beautiful, I would like to have had the entire picture within the frame. I was a bit worried about arrival times too because when I originally ordered the tile photo, I expected it earlier than when it actually arrived.

Personally I’d never heard of this company until two years ago when our son bought two of the large lighted crystal photos. One was our wedding picture and the other was my husband’s group of friends. I must say they are beautiful and breathtaking at the same time. I recently purchased the smaller sized lighted one for a birthday gift for my friend. It got to be a little expensive. Just kidding. I loved it so much I decided to buy a duplicate for me! One gift turned into two. I cannot say enough good things about the company’s quality products, fast turnaround time, constant communication regarding order progress/shipping updates etc.
