I like the fact that they send you emails and also follow up emails to try and get you to check on the product you ordered, I would’ve missed the first email because I get so many, but because they sent 2-3 more after, I was able to see it and actually check my product!

The customer service person was so helpful and very professional.

I love my 3D key chain I just wish I would’ve ordered a bigger size
