Very helpful and easy

When my wife died, 5 days before this past Christmas, I did not think that I would make it. Then I saw ArtPic. I knew that I had to have it. We had a family portrait made in 1980 when we were told that I son would not win his battle with cancer. We also had separate portraits made at the same time and the one of my wife was always my favorite photo. That is the picture that I chose for her 3d portrait. I loved it so much that no amount of money could buy it and now I have a 3d of the entire family. The only problem that I had was the light base for the family portrait was not big enough. I suppose that was my fault for choosing the wrong one.

I wanted to make a someone's birthday a very special day and ArtPix 3D helped me make that happen in a timely manner. Their work was fantastic. This was a sentimental mind blowing gift that will be cherished FOREVER.

Their customer support team is incredible. They answer very quickly, and were happy to provide suggestions on my photo before going through with the purchase. What their modelling team did with the 3D model was great, and 3D preview helps so much in understanding what the final product will look like. We did send one rework request which was swifty completed within 30 minutes.

The quality is on another level. This 3d crystal portrait has made a special lifetime memory ima class by itself. There's not enough words to explain the joy, appreciation, and uniqueness that this has brought to me and I am still so happy that you guys came up with such an idea that will leave an everlasting loving mark in people memories, hearts, and spirits. Thank you tremendously!

I got my order in a timely fashion. The necklace pendant turned out just how I pictured it in my mind. The person who I'm giving it to will love it.

I first tried a local company for a similar product, and got zero communication. With ArtPix 3D I not only got exactly what I ordered they did something companies rarely seem to do anymore. They under promised and over delivered. They had my proof to me pronto, it had 3D capabilities for the confirmation, and the product arrived before they projected. You have to understand this was a gift of a memory of a great friend we lost, and the giving of this gift was important. I was told this was the best present I had ever given.
