Customer Service has been very good with quick and fast responses to questions. They’ve been helpful guiding me through an issue. I was having with a video book. Hopefully will have a resolution to the issue here shortly.

I had a great experience from selecting the product to the checkout process. Once my order was ready, I received an email with a sample of what my purchase would look like before confirming it. Overall, I will definitely order again. The price was reasonable. I sent this as a gift to my niece, who just got married, and she loved it. She mentioned that the crystal was quite heavy and that the case it came in was nice. It didn't look cheap, and the product was well protected.

Reproduction perfect. Very easy to work with company. Timely.

They really got the 3D part of the deal! The picture was nicely cropped and cleaned up. I will be getting more of these.

Wonderful gift absolutely beautiful!!

This was a gift to my friend who lost her brother in a car accident. It was beautifully made and she loved it. The picture in the heart was the last time she was with him and it became a forever memory.

The etching was good and I’m not complaining about the price BUT the cost of the light at $60 to illuminate the crystal is an exorbitant price.

I had a heart crystal done and it turned out exceptional. The ability to edit the finished product to exactly what I wanted was so simple. I couldn't believe it when I got the notification that it was being shipped so fast. It took less than 5 days from the time I ordered it until it was delivered. And the reaction from my wife when she opened the box and seen it was priceless. The clarity of the photo and text I had added turned out flawless. The light stand that came with it made the photo come to life is the best way to explain it. Thank you ArtPix 3D for the best anniversary gift I have ever given my wife.

The crystal of my husband and I was beautifully created by your company. It now my memento of my life with my husband who recently passed away. We were married for 66 and 1/2 years. Thank you. I have some family members which I may have your company create but it will not be until the holiday season.
