I have ordered several Artpix and all have been absolutely perfect and beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying one for themselves or as a perfect gift for a loved one. I had one made for my husband of our beautiful Border Collie who went over the rainbow bridge and its the first time I ever saw my husband cry. He LOVED it!!!

The 3d etching inside the block was excellent. A suggestion would be to advise your customers that a light source you sell separately is advisable so the etched photo can be seen.
