What a great product and looks great. It was created fast and shipped quickie. Good heavy duty weight to it and should make a great gift.

As always the product and fast delivery was exceptional. This is my 3rd purchase with you guys and my first complaint. I ordered an XXL crystal and thought I could cut costs by going with the plastic base. Needless to say, I was wrong and had to replace it with the XL wood base. I assumed I could do a return/exchange and just pay the $difference but it turned a little unpleasant. My mistake and my fault. It's "water under the bridge" and all is good. Thanks

I had 2 keychains made one for my son with a photo of his dog Aladdin who has passed , when I gave this to him for Christmas that made him smile and tear . The next one I just received to was for my nieces husbands birthday which has a photo of his son and my niece came out beautiful they both did!
