I received my purchase rather quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately the image has a couple of small flaws that’s why I gave 4 stars wanted to give 3 ½ but gave 4 only because it was a quick process and I appreciated that.

I had ordered a 3D crystal of my pup, who just passed away. I loved it and got it in a heart shape. I dropped it and it cracked the upper corner. I chatted with someone at ArtPix and got a replacement for 1/2 price. My broken heart has been made whole again. I know…. sappy, but true. Customer service and turnaround is excellent.
