I am extremely pleased with my order. Our beloved dog passed away suddenly, so we had her photo etched to remind us of her beauty. What I really love is that when you look at the back, it appears as if she is turning her head side to side, as if she is looking at you. I cried when I opened the box and was thrilled with the final result. I also appreciate that you receive a proof to approve beforehand. Great service!

WOW, what a company! They truly deserve 5 stars. inItially, I had questions that I emailed to them and got a phone call back within a very short time. They were having issues with their web site which resulted in me getting 2 crystal blocks? I mailed the second one back to them, they admitted that it was their fault and reimbursed me the quite expensive shipping charge. The crystal block is FANTASTIC- exactly what I wanted. I will warn that the large block is extremely heavy!

The laser photo cube came out perfectly! Twice I contacted the company and they were very prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & willing to execute my vision! The turnaround time for the delivery was so fast & I received it in time for a special gift. Definitely a company I would recommend & absolutely order from again! Thinking holiday gifts already!

I spent about a month picking out and adjusting the perfect gift for a former coach who's husband passed away. After picking out what I thought would work, ArtPix had losted suggestions for sizing etc. I ended up changing the size based on their recommendation and I was not disappointed. I was very nervous even with the inscription. You just never know how its all going to turn out. The preview of it was ready that night and looked so good. Crossing fingers at this point. The item itself arrived to my coach's doorstep a day early and exceeded expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. Amazing experience start to finish. Very informative site. Beautiful quality finished product. So worth the price. I will be back to order more in the future!
