They keep you informed on your order and always deliver on time or before.

Provided a variety of choices, including styles and sizes. Made it relatively simply to incorporate one's photo. I also liked the ability to preview the choice that I made, affording me the ability to edit if needed, along with given the opportunity for final approval. I've made several purchases over the years and have always had a positive experience with a quality product outcome.

The crystal 🔮 is beautiful. The shipping arrived 1 day earlier than forecast. The ArtPix portal is user friendly. I received notification immediately after the payment post. NOTE: I've purchased crystal designs multiple times from ArtPix, the quality of theproduct, service team, and customer service is outstanding. I made multiple purchases last year, a young lady from the service team called personally to verify the order and help with the change that I wanted to make. It amazes me how you make those from just a picture... I keep looking at it & am amazed, with the 3d effect inside a glass block... love it & my wife does too...

Not as clear as I thought it would be

My girlfriend’s father passed away and I wanted to get her something she could always remember him by. Was able to find a picture of her and her father when she was a child, and put in on a cube from ArtPix 3D. She cried. Loves it. Says it’s the best gift she ever received. Highly recommend.

My daughters cat passed away and from the photo i submitted it the details in it were incredible. Submitted the orser and 4 hours later it had shipped. Ive bought 2 items from this company and they are worth it.
