I bought one for my mom, the small heart shaped crystal. It came out beautiful. It was supposed to be for Mother’s Day….but it didn’t make it.

I chose the large crystal display for greatest definition, then found the photo, scanned it, used your software to center the image, hit "go", and your people made it all happen. This is the greatest gift to give someone....the 3D image of a loved one long gone. Not a dry eye in the room.Thank you.

We received this as a gift. We love it and the detailing is excellent. I will be purchasing one for an anniversary gift shortly. One thing I think could make it even better would be a rechargeable battery for the light giving people More flexibility on where to display it.

Base terrible for litting.

We gave them a photo that was challenging and they worked with us endlessly to make it work. When we realized our photo was the problem, not your company...we got a different photo and we got a great result. They were patient, kind, responsive....everything you hope a company would be. 10 stars wouldn't be enough!
