My glass heart came out beautiful. I love the fact that you can approve the final product proir to production. After receiving the first product, i actually ordered a memorial cross with my sister's picture. Thank you so much.

There was a mistake and it was my fault, yet the company still worked with me to get the crystal I wanted. I was confused as to what rework meant in this case and dared not click it. Plus I have EMG so that didn't help. They were patient, helpful, and over generous. I will definately use again and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
