Using high-quality materials, your fondest memories, and a dash of magic, our professional production specialists enhance your photo’s color, contrast, and depth. Then, they utilize cutting-edge sublimation and UV printing technology to print your photo directly onto the piece. They check it twice for any quality issues before packing it safely in a special gift box that protects your product during transit!

Good question! We recommend well-lit photos that are blur and grain-free. For 3D Crystals, portraits and half-body shots tend to yield the most impressive results.
When you upload your photo to our online template, we’ll show you a quick visual guide with examples of good and bad-quality photos to help you determine if your image is usable. If the photo you provide doesn’t meet our minimum requirements, you’ll receive a warning message prompting you to choose a different picture.
As a final precaution, our stellar production specialists double-check each image we receive for potential problem areas. If we notice something that could negatively affect your engraving, we'll contact you.
