Well, we had to put our 15 year old Shiba Inu dog down and it sucked. My wife took it the hardest as she grew up with him. I wanted something special for her to remember him and you guys did an awesome job! The crystal heart was the perfect choice for me, as well as the keychain so she can take him with her everywhere. She absolutely loved it, although it brought many more tears. You guys have a good thing going and are highly recommended for all occasions.

It was a perfect memory gift for our neighbors. They were so pleased.
