Placing the order was easy, clear and to the point. But what really shines is their customer service. Had a problem with original address at delivery, item was re returned to sender. Called, left message, and the call was returned sooner than expected. Problem was corrected and the item was reshipped to it's destination in PR without hesitation. In my opinion, this company is bound to succeed even more due to their customer service and quality of product. A company is as good as their people and customer service is, but this company is the best at both in my experience. Many thanks to the person who took the time to help and solved my problem. I will be ordering again in the future. 5 stars is not enough!

We ordered 3, 3D necklaces in all three sizes. They were shipped very quickly and arrived a day early!

Bag was rattling. Upon opening the chain was not in the box but at bottom of mailing envelope.
