Very efficient turnaround time and chance to preview the finished product. Quality product. I would, however, have preferred an option for a slightly smaller size in the animal paw version. Overall, very pleased though.

My pictures that you had to work with were not very good. 3 of the people were deceased and I could not get new pictures. They worked on the photos and they look great.

Way more than I expected! They are absolutely beautiful.

Good experience, good product, good process. I’m old and pretty tech stupid, so the process was easy and I had the product in a very short time. It is a little expensive so I can’t use it as much as I would like, but I will use it again.

Helpful and attentive customer service. Crystal is great as well.
