I purchased a 3 d crystal of my dog. It came quickly. I ordered a plastic base. It didn't show off the crystal features well. I contacted the company. They suggested the wood base. I ordered it, and its amazing. Big difference. They let me return the plastic base for a full refund. They were very responsive to my inquiries.

Do not see customer service like this anymore. got this as a gift from my animal that passed dropped it it cracked they replaced it shipped in immediately to me with no questions.
