Although I had to request a rework several times, Once I spoke with customer service I was able to convey my desired results and like all my other orders my key chain turned out perfectly! Thank you for great customer service and excellent work. Everything I have ordered turned out Beautifully.

This is my third product I have ordered and it was delivered to directly to the recipient early and in perfect condition. While I haven't seen it, I can tell from their reaction that it was exactly as I had seen in the proof. Very satisfied and NOT going to be my last order.

I am just glad that if there is a problem they will fix it right away.

Easy to personalize and keychain came out exactly as I expected.

The image appeared a little thin compared to photos on the site. Secondly, I though I qualified for the free gift by order a large but did not receive the gift I thought I had requested. Otherwise, the block is beautiful and the packaging/presentation box was great.

The beautiful crystal block was beyond what I expected! I just lost my bunny and now she will live on in the beautiful art. I also received an email for approving design before they started and I got a few days after!
