It was delivered in a timely fashion and beautifully designed, since it was a gift I couldn’t check to see if the message was on it and I was told it wasn’t so I was disappointed with it

I bought this for my son and girlfriend for a Christmas gift. I ordered this 3 days before Christmas. Artpix website said it would arrive on Christmas eve! I honestly didn't hold it breath. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the tracking, to see it actually was delivered on time. Then I got the video from them! The crystal heart was absolutely beautiful. And looked just like the photo I sent them. I am 100% impressed with the ArtPix and their craftsmanship. Highly recomend!

Great product! Looks fantastic and clear. They sent the wrong sized LED wooden base, I ordered a XXL Premium and they sent a medium sized. They refunded me (the entire amount which was amazing), but I had to order the correct size base from the website instead of Amazon. Turned out great though I ended up getting a medium sized one too for my wife that fit the medium size (as they told me to keep it). Really cool outcome though
