The process is so easy for the customer and customer service is available if you need help or need ideas for your project. The clarity is awesome! Artpix has done 6 pieces for my family and all pieces are superb.

I sent in pictures, had some changes made to the original rendering, approved the final draft of the etchings, AND received them (to Alaska!) in 3 days. They are better than I expected and I know my 2 friends whom i ordered these for are going to cry when they see their doggie’s sweet faces. Couldnt recommend this company higher!

Im leaving a five star review because Art Pix from the order process to delivery was excellent. The photo I uploaded looks amazing, the personalized engraving is fantastic and both are legible from far away as well. In less than 24 hours I placed my order and received a 3D rendering to confirm everything was perfect. Once I confirmed I liked the the way I wanted. Art Pix engraved it and I had a tracking number within hours of confirming my rendering. I received a free light base as well as cleaning product. Everything was shipped through Amazon and now Im doing my best to not ruin Christmas by giving this crystal to my girlfriend.
