Placing the order via the website was intuitive and easy to navigate. Granted this is a business, there were many ads popping up now and then for additional "suggested" items to purchase, not a deal breaker though. Very much appreciated the timely notifications of the entire process, from order confirmation, completion and then shipping. The process of previewing the finished product prior to being shipped was a great feature. The product arrived in a timely fashion, being able to track the shipment was a good perk. The finished product quality was exactly as expected, the reaction from the person who received the gift was priceless.

I received the 3D ‘pic’ on time as they said that I would. The 3D pic is WONDERFULLY made! I purchased it for my neighbor for Christmas. He was moved to tears! Great craftsmanship!!! Great service!

This company is prompt, efficient and extremely skilled. I had broken a crystal right before Christmas. I contacted them, and they have me a reduction in price for a remake. I had the remake the next day. I am so thankful for this company, and their skill is remarkable.
