Setting up the picture in the crystal was relatively easy, and I was so very pleased with the outcome! The item was shipped very fast! It was a gift for a friend of mine who recently lost her dog. She was touched and absolutely loved the artwork containing the picture of her dog! She displays it in her living room and is something she will treasure the rest of her life!
