Response to my order was amazing. I was sent a preview to see what it would look like for approval and it arrived very quickly. The best part was the response from my sister-in-law. I ordered this from a picture of her dog who passed away recently. She was devastated when she received the crystal. She cried. She said it was the best gift she had ever gotten.

Excellent reproduction in 3D. I am waiting for a new, different one that I ordered?
