This is my 3rd time ordering and the experience was good. I was disappointed that I did not know that engraving my dogs name would affect the 3d movement. She does not move her head. It would have been nice to have a message pop up that would say that. I would not have had it engraved, if I had known.

This my 3rd cube I have bought. I was so impressed with my 1st purchase that I bought one for my brother when his dog passed away. And my son recently lost his dog.

The gift looked incredible. It made the perfect mother's day gift.

Love every single one I've ordered. Except one was supposed to be a medium and it came in a small.....I was not too happy about that. But I cant change it.

I had a previous issue with my first order but they did a great job of correcting the issue immediately and finishing off with a good experience. I also had some changes for the picture I chose and I thought they couldnt make it look so good. Overall good experience.
