I am very impressed with this company all The way around. I was buying a gift for my partner and I messed up my order. This company tried everything to reach me before they completed my crystal. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach me so I wasn’t able to engrave text on my partner’s crystal. Anyway, after sending my product to me to y sent me a coupon to get another crystal and they helped me all the way through the process. The products themselves beautiful. I purchased a crystal, a lighted base and a key chain and they are all really beautiful and very high quality. I am extremely pleased and impressed with my purchase. The only advice I wouid like to give though is that the smallest crystal you buy should be a medium a the smallest one is almost too small. I think t h the size medium would look even better. I’m sure a medium would look even better if I could afford it in my budget. This is a fabulous gift idea and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Looks great, just what I wanted. Quick turn around

The image on the product (a Lego puzzle) looked considerably darker than the photo sent. ArtPix adjusted it and sent me another one within a week. It was great! She loved it. You guys rock. Thanks. :)
