The ordering process was efficient, including the photo upload, and the review process. Shipping was speedy. It makes for a great gift. On the critical side, I found it difficult to see without ample lighting. It would be 5 stars if it had darker tones, unsure if that's possible. Also, they can ease up on the amount of status notifications.

The customer service was superb! I made a change and they were very responsive and the product turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend!

They make the crystals in just a day or two. Then the crystal arrives in a couple of more days. Nicely polished.

The ordering process was painless and ArtPix 3D kept me informed each step of the way. Our crystal (Large) is BEAUTIFUL and looks exactly like our beloved dog. I was very pleased when I received an email with a preview of the crystal requesting my approval before the crystal was etched! The keychain chains also look amazing and they have a silver button on top that when pushed, it sends light through the crystal so you can enjoy the etched artwork on the go. We are VERY pleased and highly recommend ArtPix 3D! Thank you.
