Excellent product and service

We are very happy with the crystal reproduction they did. Manufacturing and shipping were very fast. It came out so well, we are now looking to have another one done of our pets. We set up a special shelf to display these. The only thing that didn't work out for us was the LED base. It didn't work because it needs 110ac (and we need a battery operated LED base). Our display shelf is only 3" wide with no 110ac outlet nearby which would ruin the overall look. For this reason, we had to return the base. The company accepted the return and we are in the process of returning that item as I write this.
