I would highly recommend this compeny for gift giving. The quality of their products is outstanding and then customer service Is unbelievable. I had a hard time with my order as I am an older individual and not very good with technology. They worked with me for an almost a week making sure it was what everything I wanted it to be. Their patience and professionalism was never ending and amazing.

I purchased this for my neighbor and he wept. The only thing is that it is so small. You need to drop this size small and start with a Medium. Otherwise it is simply beautiful.

There was an issue with shipping delay for an anniversary gift but they made it right by replacing and overnighting another one. The recipients loved their keychains and I will definitely be back for more purchases. That's how you keep customers.
