I ordered the ArtBricks Portrait Double-Sided Photo Bricks and it came out great. The size was perfect and the company got it done and shipped it out the next day. Turned out perfectly! Looks beautiful! Was sent a preview within 2 days. I made a slight change and then it was sent out and received within a few days. It was less than a week overall. Excellent quality and service.

When I forgot this it brought tears to my eyes how the photo looks identical to what they made in his heart. They hit it right on the money worth every penny. Now I get to see my daughter everyday I come home. Even though she's in heaven without good Lord

Product looks excellent! I'm very excited to give this to my wife in a couple weeks for pur anniversary, I think she'll love it. The basic lighted base was better than I expected as well - didn't realize it could change colors with the touch button on the side. Delivery came earlier than expected by a day, which given that you guys used OnTrac to ship this, I was very surprised! My experiences with them are usually negative, so it was nice to have a delivery arrive early and in one piece! Thank you again!

Pictures came out great! I will definitely order again. Be sure to proof your pictures well, I accidently selected wrong photo and my eyes are closed but decided it added charm to the photo.

My cousin lost his beloved dog, I searched online for a gift and decided on laser engraved heart with lighted base. Every company that I found had no customer support phone number, and they did not reply to my messages or reply through their chat. So disappointing. I did more research and found Artpix3D. Jonathan not only answered the phone, but took the time and patience to walk me through uploading a picture, giving me suggestions, sending a proof , before I agreed on the proof, I got him on the phone on my second call to make some changes. I agreed and waited for it to be sent to another state and received by my cousin. I flew on a trip to visit. This beautiful piece is set on a stand between two blessed statues. He and his wife were so appreciative. I saw it in person and it is quite moving and beautiful. The only thing I would have liked is if they could have added a note or a card so they knew who sent it,( which is not an option) I had to call when I received tracking information and let my cousin know to expect a package. A card and or note would be a nice gesture and I hope that they can offer this soon. Other than that, the piece itself is gorgeous and heartfelt memorial to their beloved pet. Thank you
