When I read the reviews, I saw so much about the quality customer service that I thought the quality of the product might be a joke. It was NO JOKE. The customer service is AWESOME fixing my mistakes on the delivery address twice (my fault not theirs). The crystals did not disappoint whatsoever. I wholeheartedly recommend the crystals and the 3D images inside them.
