Super impressed by this company! I took a chance, because i wasn't familiar with them, but they had great reviews! It was easy to select and design. They communicated great after the sale and had the product delivered two days ahead of the expected delivery date. The product turned out great and my wife loved it! It was an engraved crystal for our 15th anniversary, the "crystal" anniversary! Perfect and I highly recommend!

I am extremely pleased with my order. Our beloved dog passed away suddenly, so we had her photo etched to remind us of her beauty. What I really love is that when you look at the back, it appears as if she is turning her head side to side, as if she is looking at you. I cried when I opened the box and was thrilled with the final result. I also appreciate that you receive a proof to approve beforehand. Great service!

WOW, what a company! They truly deserve 5 stars. inItially, I had questions that I emailed to them and got a phone call back within a very short time. They were having issues with their web site which resulted in me getting 2 crystal blocks? I mailed the second one back to them, they admitted that it was their fault and reimbursed me the quite expensive shipping charge. The crystal block is FANTASTIC- exactly what I wanted. I will warn that the large block is extremely heavy!
