I have ordered other ArtPix in the past as gifts and have always loved seeing the final results so I ordered one for myself. I was very happy with what I chose and how it turned out. The only problem was when I took it out of the box it was shipped in I found that the protective box used to store it was broken. Fortunately the item was fine and you are shipping me a new box.

I recently ordered a 3D crystal from a different company. The picture approved was not what I received. An no fix to the problem. The answer I got was "our artist's do the best they can". I was skeptical to order another 3D. However, I decided to try another company. I applied a picture to Artist's 3D and the picture submitted and the outcome was perfect. Details in the background made the 3D design, perfect. Will definitely order from ArtPix again, when I want it done right. Rick

It was great. Very happy with the product. People were very impressed with the art cube that we gave as a gift.

Yuri helped me immediately. I asked if I could send a better picture, because I had one that was less grainy. It was the same picture, just clearer. No problem - Yuri did tell me that my original was already in the works, and gave me instructions on what to do. Well, the person doing my preview saw the new picture, and used it. Perfect!! Now that is customer service!
