Everything went great, except that they didn't pick on the fact that I mistakenly ordered two, and neither did I. I wish one of us would have caught it.

They loved it!!!

I have given them to family and friends and each one had a tearful reaction. These are wonderful for memories of a loved one or just a gift for any occasion.

While damaged in shipping the ornament was beautiful and the customer service for the replacement was super quick. I haven't received it yet but I will be buying again in the future. Quality product and service.

This was my fourth purchase. I went with the new heart design that was beveled along with keeping the background. I was very impressed to say the least! As always the product and fast delivery was exceptional. This is my 3rd purchase with you guys and my first complaint. I ordered an XXL crystal and thought I could cut costs by going with the plastic base. Needless to say, I was wrong and had to replace it with the XL wood base. I assumed I could do a return/exchange and just pay the $difference but it turned a little unpleasant. My mistake and my fault. It's "water under the bridge" and all is good. Thanks
