Customer service answered my question quickly and efficiently. The Christmas Tree Ornament I ordered is perfect and delivered earlier than expected.

I was not sure what to expect when ordering these crystal pictures online without seeing them. But once they arrived I was pleasantly surprised, even shocked at how amazing they turned out. I love these crystals and I cant wait to see the reaction of my family when give them theirs. Thank you

I had a picture of my brother and 2 sisters and myself etched as a present for my mother. She told me it was the most awesome gift she ever received.

I appreciate the speediness of getting my photo done and how beautiful it is. It will be very meaningful when my wife sees it on Christmas Day. She lost both parents and this is very realistic very much unlike a normal photo in a frame. The pricing for something so beautiful is spot on. The product was processed and received quickly. They provided a preview before completing the order which I thought was valuable.

I love the piece that I ordered but the reason that I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to that ARTPIX3D gave me an offer for that Special Lower Priced Stand after I ordered My piece. So, after I ordered, the price came down, but it could have been in with my free shipping. Now if I want it, I have to pay for shipping. That's not the way to treat a new customer.

Your product and excellent turnaround from order to delivery was excellent. One suggestion however, I think the plastic base for the medium size rectangular item should be as wide and deep as the display above it. The rectangle display on a square base looks odd and not attractive.

I absolutely LOVE the beautiful art piece… and also was very pleased with the customer service received with any questions I had regarding delivery!! Thank you for being amazing!! I only have one issue I want to bring to your attention. The box the art piece arrived in completely fell apart when I took it out of packaging 🥴 both side panels fell off when I attempted to take it out of the satin lined box 😔 I can probably fix it with hot glue in case I need to store or move it - was just a little saddened - but do know EVERYONE LOVES LOVES the art piece!!! (Can send photo if you want to see what I’m trying to share) 🤗

Marketing is excellent! Checkout was pretty easy. The Background being deleted should be more upfront in the advertising. I wasn’t sure if I had to do it first or if y’all did it until I was already in the order process. Delivery presentation and product are OUTSTANDING! Nicely done!
